to work with established Independent Adjusting Firm handling FLOOD claims using ClaimsWire/Simsol.

Advanced Adjusting LTD is working to create a network of independent adjusters with competitive strengths who will, along with our innovative quality assurance process, provide the highest possible standard of work product to our clients. Independent Examiners are part of the process that ensures that each and every report meets or exceeds the Company standards. The examiners we use will be carefully selected to ensure that the standards for their own work product are consistent with what we represent as a group. We are looking for high-quality examiners, who want to work for an organization that believes in quality, and that the search for improvement is constant.
The Independent Examiners with whom we work must take the time to thoroughly review adjuster work product to ensure that Company guidelines are met, accurate information is provided, and that the quality of work product meets or exceeds the Company standards. Examiners must communicate in a positive and professional manner. We are currently looking for several motivated Independent Examiners who will be responsible for internal quality assurance review of  FLOOD claims. Compensation is on a per item basis.
• Direct, handle and monitor field property claim reports to ensure results are consistent with damages and legal requirements.
• Monitor and review the claim work product and perform audits to ensure that productivity levels are met, and that desired quality expectations and standards are achieved.
• All file reviews must be completed within Reasonable Amount of Time.
• Performs other duties or special projects as required or as assigned.
• This is a remote position. However, some office visits at our Amarillo, TX office may be necessary for orientation, training, and staff meetings.
• Compensation is on a per claim basis.
• Two or more years of relevant claim supervisory and technical experience with demonstrated achievement and progressive responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of the technical aspects of FLOOD claims (including subrogation and litigation).
• Knowledge of property insurance claims management processes, systems and regulatory requirements.
• Thorough knowledge of construction technology, materials, methodology and pricing.
• Fully developed skills in the technical aspects of property claims, including extensive knowledge of relevant insurance law.
• Thorough understanding of the insurance industry and company operations.
• Highly developed analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to exercise good judgment in dealing with professional matters.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a wide array of outside firms and organizations.
• Demonstrated ability to deal effectively with Company management, peers and co-workers.
• Experience with imaging and various estimating software.
• Ability to perform job responsibilities under stressful circumstances.
• Must maintain a current NFIP Authorization at all times.
