Geoffrey Conrad

Geoffrey Conrad is the Vice President of Property Claims for Advanced Adjusting Ltd., where he leads property claims operations, supports client relationships, and helps drive the company's continued growth in property and private flood services.

With more than 20 years of insurance claims experience, Geoff has worked on every major catastrophe since Hurricane Katrina. He has held leadership roles in claims operations, catastrophe response, training, and customer experience. Most recently, he served as Director of Training for one of the nation's largest independent adjusting firms, supporting three of the top five insurance carriers while training more than 10,000 adjusters and claims professionals nationwide.

A recognized customer experience leader, Geoff believes every claim is an opportunity to earn trust and strengthen policyholder relationships. He also served as President of the Mobile Claims Association, where he led the organization's resurgence and helped re-establish it as a leading resource for insurance professionals along the Gulf Coast. Known throughout the industry as a speaker, educator, published author, and Xactimate Certified Trainer, Geoff is passionate about developing people, improving claim quality, and advancing the claims industry through practical training, innovation, and operational excellence.
