Robert Donahue

Rob is a seasoned insurance claims leader with 25 years of experience handling complex property losses for carriers, contractors, attorneys, and policyholders. As Founder and CEO of Donahue Insurance Adjusting, EGA, Consulting & Education, he provides field adjusting, defensible estimates, expert witness services, and advanced training for water, fire, smoke, wind, hail, and catastrophe claims.

He has led CAT operations and multi-state claims, is actively licensed in 20 states, and has handled complex commercial and residential losses for clients including AIG Private Client Group, Lloyd’s, Zurich North America, and FM Global. Rob is known for improving efficiency through quality assurance, subrogation, reserve accuracy, and data-driven risk mitigation.
He has earned recognition for thorough investigations, fair settlements, and compassionate service during difficult times. His background also includes leadership roles with Sedgwick/VeriClaim, Charles Taylor, and ATI Restoration. Rob holds IICRC ASD/WRT, OSHA 30, AIC, and CE Instructor certifications.

Outside of work Rob enjoys riding his motorcycle, traveling, spending time with family, and his dogs.
