After graduating college with a business degree, Joyce started in the construction industry. After 25 years owning a residential and small commercial construction company, she decided to make a career change. In 2017, she started as a field adjuster running daily, hurricanes, freezes and tornadoes.  In 2019, she became department manager tasks with creating and developing standards and guidelines for training and estimating between Symbility and Xactimate. Since 2019, her management role has included daily claim operations, carrier liaison, procedural coordinator, and personnel advisor.
